Kim Gagne earned a BFA in Painting from Swain School of Design in New Bedford Massachusetts, and attended the MFA program in Painting at Parsons School of Design in New York. She is currently enrolled in the SNHU MFA Nonfiction Writing program.
Kim attended a summer residency at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Madison, Maine.
In 2019 she won a month long fellowship to the Jentel Artist Residency in Banner Wyoming.
